Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Service From The Perspective Of Marxist Fair View

Entered the 14 th Five-Year Plan period in 2021,China has achieved the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Through measures such as urban-rural integration,targeted poverty alleviation,urban-rural integration,and equal access to basic public services between urban and rural areas,China has gradually narrowed the development gap between urban and rural areas.In the rural public service supply to achieve relative equity,is not only the horizontal between the rural and urban relative equity,but also from the vertical time compared with the past rural public service supply relative equity.The realization of social equity is the ultimate demand of Marx’s view of equity and the most basic value orientation of rural public service supply.Therefore,Marxist view of equity has profound theoretical and practical significance for China’s rural public service supply.Based on the Marxist view of fairness,this paper studies the construction of rural public services in China with the method of literature research and interdisciplinary analysis,so as to seek the path to realize the fairness of rural public service supply in China.This paper expounds the basic connotation of marxism fair view and marxist views of fair and logical relationship of rural public service supply in our country,then analyzes the present situation of the development of the rural public service,find the problems on the basis of this,and the reason for the analysis of the problems,including the farmers demand expression mechanism is not sound,village-level public service platform is imperfect,the local government public service governance division is not clear,the lack of rural social governance body,etc.Then find out the factors that restrict the supply of rural public services,using analysis methods including literature research method and interdisciplinary analysis method,and finally discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of rural public service supply under the guidance of Marxist view of fairness.The main content has the perfect farmer demand expression mechanism,realizes the farmer demand expression opportunity fair;Match governmental and financial powers to ensure fair distribution of fiscal funds;Improve the rural public service platform to ensure the fairness of farmers’ participation means;We will promote diversified and balanced development of rural social governance entities.
