Based On The Perspective Of Demand Orientation To Improve The Basic Public Service Provision In Ma Liaodi West Community

Providing high-quality social public services to meet the public’s reasonable public consumption needs is one of the most important yardsticks for building a service-oriented government,and is also an important task of building a harmonious socialist society.But with the level of China’s social and economic improvement of the whole,the Internet and Big date technology change rapidly,and the Chinese people’s material and spiritual life has entered a higher level,the public demand for social public service will show differences,heterogeneity and individuality trend.However,the supply of government oriented public services is still the main direction of the supply of social public services,which presents the imbalance between the government’s supply structure and public demand structure.There is still much room to improve the precision,effectiveness and flexibility of urban community public service supply.Meanwhile,The supply capacity of community public service in the western region is worse than that in the eastern developed region.Therefore,it is very important to study the public service supply capacity of a community in Urumqi from the perspective of demand.This paper selects Ma liaodi west community community as the research object,through the research perspective of residents’ demand orientation,using the research methods of questionnaire survey and literature analysis,to study the improvement of public service supply in Ma liaodi west community community,with the purpose of improving community governance ability and strengthening residents’ democratic rights and interests.So as to enhance the happiness and sense of acquisition of residents in maliudi Street West community.First of all,it expounds the related concepts of residents’ demand orientation,community service and supply,and the theoretical basis of supply and demand balance theory and new public service theory.Secondly,according to the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the demand,supply and satisfaction of public services in Ma liaodi West community.Thirdly,according to the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,from the four aspects of the supply subject,content,mode and mechanism of community public service.The main problems in the supply of public service in the Ma liaodi West community are as follows: the supply capacity of the main body of public service is insufficient,the content of public service does not meet the demand,the effect of the supply mode of public service is little,and the supply mechanism of public service still needs to be improved.Based on the above problems,this paper further expounds the causes of the supply of public services in Ma liaodi West community,which is lack of cooperation between the main providers of public services,the lack of demand analysis in the supply process of public services,the relatively traditional and single supply mode of public services,and the lack of information exchange channels in the supply of public services.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons of community public service,it puts forward that the supply of Ma liaodi West community should be improved from the following aspects:for strengthening the cooperative supply among multiple subjects of public service,improving the residents’ participation mechanism of community public service,providing classified social public service based on Residents’ needs,and establishing the operation guarantee system of community public service supply.Through the above improvement measures,we can further improve the supply effect of public services and community governance ability of Ma liaodi West community,so as to enhance the happiness and sense of acquisition of Ma liaodi West community residents.
