Colleges and universities are an important position to cultivate the pillars of the country and talents.In the school stage,it is an important life stage for young students.Doing a good job of Party construction in colleges and universities is conducive to guiding young students to establish correct values.The construction of the party’s grass-roots organizations is an important part of the party’s construction work.In colleges and universities,the party’s grass-roots party organizations are the battle fortress of ’publicizing the party’s ideas,implementing the party’s decisions,leading the grass-roots governance,uniting and mobilizing the masses,and promoting reform and development’,which is of great significance to the cultivation of socialist builders and directly affects the process and level of the overall work of the school.With the rapid development of information technology,the informationization of Party organization management in colleges and universities has gradually entered the track,and become an important task of Party organization management in colleges and universities.How to make the party construction better serve the overall situation of the school center,we can try to find the answer from the university party organization management information.What kind of stage is the informatization of Party organization management in colleges and universities now? What are the influences of these attempts on the management of the party organization,and what are the disadvantages and deficiencies.With these questions,we try to take Binzhou municipal university as an example to analyze and find the answer.This paper integrates and summarizes the relevant research situation of the party organization management informationization,including the current situation and application of the party organization informatization construction at home and abroad.Taking the party organization management informationization of Binzhou municipal universities as the research object,this paper analyzes its development status,from the aspects of strengthening the learning party organization construction,service party organization construction,innovative party organization construction and party organization construction from the four perspectives of organization standardization,this paper explores the role of Party organization management information construction in strengthening Party construction in colleges and universities.At the same time,according to the current situation of the development,this paper puts forward the existing problems of the party organization management information construction in Binzhou municipal colleges and universities,and explores the ways to solve the problems from four aspects: establishing a long-term guarantee mechanism,establishing a classified management mode in line with the characteristics of colleges and universities,promoting the deepening of the degree of information and ensuring the quality of online party members’ activities.The informationization construction of Party organization management is not only beneficial to the strengthening of management means and the improvement of work efficiency,but also will fundamentally reform and innovate the party construction work and serve the development of colleges and universities in the new era with the continuous improvement of informatization level.
