The main line of the thesis is the research on the problems and countermeasures of the financial aid for the poor students in private colleges,on the basis of the existing theories and literature research,by means of questionnaire,this paper makes a research on the problems existing in the financial aid for the poor students of x college in private universities and puts forward some relevant countermeasures.The contents and main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper summarizes the literature about improving the efficiency and level of the management of financial aid to poor students in universities and the changes of financial aid policy to poor students in universities,and the paper involved in private institutions,poor students,poor students funding these three concepts defined,delineated the scope of the study.Secondly,based on the theories of educational cost sharing,educational Equity theory and human capital,this paper analyzes the problems of financial aid for poor students in private colleges and universities,and provides theoretical support for the research.Thirdly,after introducing the situation of x College,the author designs a questionnaire and makes a statistical analysis on the current situation of financial aid for poor students in x college.The results show that the students of x college are generally satisfied with the financial aid work for the poor students,but there are still some problems to be improved.Fourthly,this paper analyzes the financial aid work for the poor students in two foreign universities,that is,American University H and British University C,and two domestic universities,that is,"Project 211 college y" and General Public Undergraduate College Z,and to learn from its three experiences: First,has an objective identification system of poor students;second,has a larger social support;third,has a wealth of work-study channels.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the financial aid work for the poor students in private colleges.First,strengthen the identification system of poor students,improve the supervision and inspection mechanism;second,expand the sources of financial aid for poor students;third,the combination of financial aid for poor students and moral education. |
