Research On Rural People’s Livelihood Construction From The Perspective Of Marx And Engels’ Livelihood Thought

People’s livelihood,which can be understood as the livelihood of the people,is closely related to the lives of the people.It covers many fields,including employment,health care,education,housing,income distribution,social security and welfare.The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)laid out specific requirements on the issue of rural people’s livelihood.It pointed out that attention should be paid to the development of rural people’s livelihood,to the development of a new type of agriculture,and to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Under the general trend of the new era,general secretary xi set out from the new situation and new problems in rural areas and published a series of unprecedented new policies and documents on the construction of a beautiful new countryside in the political,economic,cultural,ecological and other aspects related to rural people’s livelihood.Precision of poverty,rural revitalization for the rural people’s livelihood construction played a good policy to lead and take the lead role,the development of the rural people’s livelihood construction overall level of the people’s livelihood in China plays an important role,general secretary xi stressed: "without a well-off in the countryside,especially without moderate prosperity in the poor areas,there is no build a well-off society in an all-round way."Under the background of this era,this paper takes the core content of Marx and Engels’ thought of people’s livelihood as the theoretical foundation,deeply studies how to discuss the solution path of rural people’s livelihood in China from the perspective of Marx and Engels’ thought of people’s livelihood.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the theoretical sources,specific contents,basic characteristics,achievements,reasons for existence and countermeasures of this paper by using the literature research method,empirical research method and multi-subject intersection method.First of all,this paper introduces the background and research significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,as well as the innovative points and shortcomings of this paper.Second,explores the rural people’s livelihood construction theory,Marx and Engels analyzed the core content of Marx and Engels thoughts of the people’s livelihood,combing the specific studies of Marx and Engels on rural livelihood issues,and sums up the basic characteristics of the rural people’s livelihood construction theory by Marx and Engels,in order to make clear the theoretical basis of Marx and Engels thoughts of the people’s livelihood.Then,the main achievements and existing problems of rural people’s livelihood in China are systematically sorted out to clarify the current situation of rural people’s livelihood in China.Thirdly,in view of the problems existing in the rural people’s livelihood in China,combining with Marx and Engels’ thoughts on people’s livelihood,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the rural people’s livelihood construction,including the low starting point of the rural people’s livelihood,insufficient attention to the needs of farmers and the difficulty in establishing a system of people’s livelihood security.Finally,under the guidance of Marx and Engels’ thoughts on people’s livelihood,this paper probes into the countermeasures on how to strengthen the construction of people’s livelihood in rural areas,and starts from the aspects of education,housing,social security and ecological environment,so as to meet the key needs of farmers,give consideration to their multiple interests and secure their basic rights and interests.
