A Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of A Clean Government For Grassroots Civil Servant In The New Era

At present,China is in the critical stage of rapid economic development and political and economic system transformation.Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th CPC Central Committee,with the deepening of China’s political and economic reform,corruption in the grass-roots civil servants has become increasingly prominent.How the party and the state effectively combat corruption in the grass-roots civil servants and standardize the scope of public power use is an important issue to promote the rapid development of socialist modernization.As the "front line" of connecting with the masses,grass-roots civil servants represent the image of the party and the country,and their role can not be underestimated.However,the problem of corruption in the huge grass-roots civil servants has been magnified unprecedentedly.The corruption of grass-roots civil servants not only hurt the feelings of the people,but also damaged the efficiency of the party and state organs,resulting in the image of the party and the state being greatly reduced in the hearts of the people.From a macro point of view,if the corruption of grass-roots civil servants is not effectively solved,it will have a negative impact on the local economic development and even the stability and unity of the whole society.Therefore,how to strengthen the construction of clean government has become an important issue.Under the background of the new era,taking Xiangyun County,Dali Prefecture,Yunnan Province as a case,this paper makes an in-depth study on the construction of clean government of grass-roots civil servants.In the research process,based on the relevant literature and theoretical research results at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Xiangyun County,Dali Prefecture,Yunnan Province,this paper combs the progress of the construction of clean government of grass-roots civil servants in Xiangyun County after the 19 th national congress,and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of clean government of grass-roots civil servants in Xiangyun County.Combined with the relevant theory and practice,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of building a clean government of grass-roots civil servants in Xiangyun County.Through the research on the construction of clean government of rural grass-roots civil
