Research On The Conception Of "One Country,Two Systems" From The Perspective Of Marxist State Structure Theory With Chinese Characteristics

State structure plays an important role in political life,which is directly related to the stability and development of the country.Marxist theory of state structure is the theoretical guide for proletarian political parties to establish political power and form state structure.On the basis of combining China’s national conditions and actual needs,the Communist Party of China has made great exploration and practice under the guidance of Marxist theory of state structure.Before the founding of the People’s Republic of China,influenced by the state structure of the Communist International and the Soviet Union,and combined with the specific situation of the domestic revolution,the Communist Party of China decided to take federalism as the transitional form of the state structure in the revolutionary period.However,with the in-depth development of the revolution,hostile forces at home and abroad took a series of measures to provoke national unity and threaten national unity.Therefore,the Communist Party of China deeply thought about the revolutionary situation and the need of building a unified Republic,decided to adopt a unitary state structure form,maintained the unity among ethnic groups,and realized the innovation of Marxist state structure theory with Chinese characteristics.Guided by the Marxist theory of state structure and the practical law of sinicization,the great conception of "one country,two systems" has been formed."One country,two systems" is a basic policy for guiding China to solve the problems of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.The proposal of "one country,two systems" is a new model to solve the problem of national unification under the new historical conditions,using the Marxist theory of state structure and the early practical experience of the Communist Party of China.The practice of the concept of "one country,two systems" in Hong Kong and Macao has made rich achievements and experiences.However,in the fast modern society,the concept of "one country,two systems" has encountered some challenges and problems that are difficult to solve when solving existing problems,which hinders the practical process of the sinicization of Marxist state structure theory.We should be soberly aware that we should constantly push forward the development and innovation of the theory of "one country,two systems".Therefore,we should re-examine "one country,two systems" from the root,deepen our thinking and understanding,and constantly add new era connotations to it under the new historical conditions,so as to ensure that it echoes the development of the times,ensures that it does not deform,and ensures that "one country,two systems" is stable and far-reaching.
