Research On Influence Of Taiwan Mode Of "One Country,Two System" On The Development Of The Form Of The State Structure

“One country,two systems”,which was a great idea brought up by Deng Xiaoping in order to solve the reunification of the motherland,has witnessed great success in the practice of Hong Kong and Macao and it is gong to be the main way to solve Taiwan issue.And the Taiwan mode of “one country,two systems”now has become the new proposition of contemporary society.Focusing on the key point of the form of state structure,the thesis,which studies the Taiwan mode of “one country,two systems”,based on the grasp of two aspects of unified process and static system design.By the improvement of the form of state structure,it will promote the peaceful reunification of the motherland,which on the opposite,will perfect the form of state structure.The relation between them two helps mutual development.On one side,figuring out the status of Taiwan is the top priority in the resolution of Taiwan issue.It is of great significance to configure the high degree of autonomy and the power of the central government.Once the problem is solved,it will be a breakthrough in both the theory and practice of national structure.On the other side,the unitary state structure has been proved to be well-adapted to the current situation of China,which means that the unitary state structure shall be tightly in the long run.Still,it is undeniable that the unitary state structure needs constantly improvements which plays a key role in the economic and social development and as well as in the construction of Chinese characteristics of democratic politic.In doing so,the gap between the economic development level will be narrowed and crashes the saying of “the superiority of system”held by the Taiwan authority and some people in Taiwan,hence,winning over the support of the masses of Taiwan people for “one country,two systems”.It is based on this consideration that this paper will focus on the improvement of the structure of China’s state.To improve the structure of the country,we must first adhere to the advantages of the original system,which is the unitary system with Chinese characteristics.The unitary system has greatly contributed the protection of China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity,which in the mean time brings the advantages of centralization of state power into full play,and greatly elevate the nation’s overall strength.After decades of construction and development,under the principle of being practical and realistic,the state structure of China has formed three sets of specific practice mode,with the adherence to the central governmental decision and taking count of the specific circumstances of administrative area.The first set refers to the common mode between the central government and the provincial government.The second one refers to the national pattern between the central and the autonomous region.The third one is the unified mode between the central government and the Special Administrative Region.The improvement of the form of state structure should follow the specific circumstances.Different modes should be treated differently within a reasonable range.Power with different nature deserves different power structure.Based on the big picture of the development of the East and the West,centralization and decentralization decisions shall be made.In the mean time,we shall fully understand that the concept of national identity is important for national unity.And “92 consensus”is the common political basis for peaceful reunification.Peaceful reunification can’t solely rely on any unilateral action.The Taiwan authorities should conform to the trend of upholding and strengthening the identity of the two sides belong to one China.As long as the "92 consensus" is widely supported by the masses,the reunification of the two sides can be expected soon.
