Improving residents’ willingness to participate is an important means to speed up the transformation of old residential areas.However,the residents’ participation in the old community is not ideal.Based on the theory of planned behavior,social capital theory and social identity theory,this paper constructs a behavior model of residents’ individual participation in the transformation of old residential areas,focusing on the influence of participation cognition,social identity,subjective norms,participation attitude,perceived behavior control,social capital and other factors on Residents’ willingness to participate.Taking Nanning as an example,this paper collects relevant data through questionnaire,analyzes the data by spss26.0 software,and draws the following conclusions:subjective norms,participation attitude,perceived behavior control and social capital have a significant positive impact on Residents’ willingness to participate.However,the impact of participation cognition and social identity on Residents’ willingness to participate is not significant.In addition,occupation is one of the most important factors that affect residents’ willingness to participate.Combined with the above findings,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as improving residents’ awareness of participation,increasing the stock of social capital,and designing transformation plans according to local conditions,in order to improve residents’ willingness to participate. |
