A Study On The Holistic Governance Of Community Bueden Reuction In Nanning

In recent years,the overburdening of the community has been widely concerned by the society.Influenced by the rapid development of china’s oneway economic,the great tension formed by the unbalanced development mode of economy and society finally falls to the end of social governance,that is,the community.In the context of community governance with lack of professionals,low pay and disordered political and social relations,the needs of residents,governments and enterprises are constantly being brought to life,creating a very obvious sense of burden on community workers.Although the government has carried out a series of governance actions on community burden reduction,it has shown the problem of fragmentation and decentralization of governance.With the further sinking of the center of gravity of social governance and the further promotion of civic awareness,optimizing the governance path of the existing community to reduce the burden is of great practical significance for maintaining community stability and promoting the modernization of social governance.This paper selects community in Nanning as the research object of community burden reduction management,and uses holistic governance theory to analyze the fragmentation dilemma of Nanning City community burden reduction,and then put forward the overall governance strategy.First of all,defines the theory of community burden reduction,fragmentation and holistic governance,and analyzing its intrinsic fit.Secondly,summarizes the governance measures of Nanning city community governance and Nanning city community burden reduction management,summarizes the "combination of increase and decrease" governance method adopted by Nanning city community reduction governance,and analyzes the problem of governance fragmentation existing in the five dimensions of governance concept,governance function,governance structure,governance mechanism and governance technology in the process of governance.Finally,combined with the theory of holistic governance,this paper puts forward the idea of establishing the holistic governance thinking,in the function aspect,promotes the integration of the main function of governance,constructs the holistic governance structure in the structure,improves the wholebased management mechanism in the mechanism,and technically,builds the holistic information management and service platform,with a view to exploring a new path suitable for Nanning city community management and promoting Nanning city community governance work to be further improved.
