Research On The Participation Of Community Social Organizations In Community Governance

As the grassroots governance unit in social governance,community governance can actually be seen as a microcosm of social governance at the grassroots level,which can reflect the problems faced by social governance to a large extent.The ability to do a good job in the "basic course" of community governance is critical to whether we can successfully complete social governance innovation and successfully build a modern governance system.In recent years,through the continuous efforts of various parties,the organizational advantages of community social organizations have been fully confirmed in the successful practice of community governance,which is of great significance to the construction of a social governance pattern of co-construction,cogovernance and sharing.Through the investigation and analysis of Yunlong District,Xuzhou City,it was found that urban community social organizations have become increasingly powerful in the practice of community governance.Participation in community governance has achieved basic results,which are mainly manifested in the expansion of the field of organization participation in community governance and the innovation of methods;organizational participation community governance has achieved results in enhancing the enthusiasm of different governance entities to participate,accelerating the transformation of government functions and cooperation between government and society,developing grassroots democratic autonomy and promoting the harmonious development of communities.However,the practice of community social organizations participating in governance still shows some problems due to the influence of many factors from the external environment and their own capabilities.The main ones are the insufficient guarantee of resources to participate in governance;the organization has weak autonomy in the process of participating in governance;Insufficient motivation;in addition,the breadth and depth of community social organizations’ participation in governance is not enough,and the credibility of participating in governance needs to be improved.Analyze the reasons from the organization level,government level and community level,combine the typical practices of foreign community social organizations participating in governance,sum up experience,explore and improve the path of community social organizations participating in community governance,mainly including further strengthening the self-construction of organizations participating in governance;optimize the policy environment for community social organizations to participate in governance;improve the effectiveness of the organization’s participation in governance;enhance the credibility of the organization’s participation in governance and enhance the motivation for participation etc.
