| As an important part of urban society,community plays a unique role in realizing the Chinese dream and adhering to the overall situation of sustainable development.The progress of the community governance mode and the innovation of the system model will have a profound impact on the benign development or rapid development of the society.For this reason,this project takes the management of Baiyun community in Liandu district of Lishui city as a case to actively explore the objectives of community construction,so as to improve the level of community governance and management.The content of this paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter starts from the significance of this topic,further introduces the background of this topic,As an introduction,we analyzes the literature review the domestic and foreign research results,and finally puts forward the innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is divided into two parts,focusing on the core concepts and basic theories,in order to provide sufficient theoretical support for the next step of this topic.The third chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of Baiyun community and its current governance status and existing problems.The fourth chapter is an in-depth analysis of the content of the third chapter to explore and discuss the causes of governance problems in Baiyun community.The fifth chapter is mainly according to the problems which are discovered in Baiyun community governance,through considering the management system,we want to put forward to corresponding measures.At the same time,we based on the experience of the typical model of community governance at home and abroad in recent years,and in view of the difficulties of Baiyun community governance summarized above,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the governance of Baiyun community from multiple aspects.Finally,we summarize the research contents of community governance,and then get the conclusions. |
