| In the era of big data,the opening of government data is conducive to promoting the innovative utilization of data resources,promoting the refinement of government management,and also strengthening the ability of citizens to participate in government affairs.Under the background of service-oriented government construction,the government data opening in our country should focus on providing efficient data service to the public and meeting the public demand as the starting point and the starting point,and how the level of data service provided by the government should be evaluated by the public receiving the service.Therefore,it is of theoretical significance and practical value to evaluate the open platform of government data based on public satisfaction.Firstly,the thesis combs the literature on government data opening and government data opening platform at home and abroad,defines the core concepts involved in this thesis with service-oriented government theory,open government theory and customer satisfaction theory as the theoretical guidance,and determines the seven research variables of this thesis,including public expectations,platform quality,data quality,service quality,data access,information literacy and public satisfaction.By combing and summarizing the measurement scale in the previous study and combining the characteristics of the Tianjin Government Data Open Platform,the research variables are defined operationally,and then,through the data analysis of the factors affecting the public satisfaction of the Tianjin Government Data Open Platform,it is found that public expectations,platform quality,data quality,service quality,data accessible,and information literacy are all positively affecting public satisfaction.Based on the data analysis in empirical research and the comparison with the government data open platform in Beijing,Shanghai and Guiyang,it is found that Tianjin government data open platform affects public satisfaction,that is,the opening strength of the platform is weak,the data retrieval and acquisition is not good,and the platform interacts with the user insufficiently.Then,from the government,platform,the public three levels of the relevant reasons for the problem.Finally,it is proposed that we should build a perfect data ecology of laws and regulations,take the data quality as the key to optimize the platform construction;build a good multi-party cooperation and interaction mechanism;pay attention to cultivate the public’s data utilization literacy four aspects to improve the public satisfaction of Tianjin government data open platform.There are 3 figures,22 tables,115 references in the thesis. |
