Study On The Plight And Countermeasure Of Integration Of Relocation Community From The Perspective Of Symbiosis Theory

The construction of a new type of urbanization is a major strategic decision for my country’s modern national construction and social development.In the process of the construction of a new type of urbanization,the increase in the level of urbanization has taken up part of the peasant’s land,leading to the emergence of a large number of demolition and resettlement communities,but this change is only in at the material level,there are fewer issues concerning urban integration and urbanization of resettling residents.However,the urgent task facing the development of new-type urbanization with Chinese characteristics is the orderly promotion of the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population,which is not only a political issue,but also a social issue.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee emphasized that the new urbanization strategy must be improved,the new urbanization centered on people must be promoted,the guarantee of basic public services must be strengthened,and the urbanization of the agricultural transfer population must be accelerated.Therefore,research on the plight and countermeasures of the urban integration of residents in demolition and resettlement communities is of great significance to the promotion of "human urbanization".This article introduces the symbiosis theory,which is derived from biological sciences and is widely used in the field of social sciences,to discuss the symbiosis between residents and citizens of demolition and resettlement communities.Specifically,taking the Q community in Xuzhou Economic Development Zone as an example,by constructing an evaluation index system for urban integration,it is found that residents and citizens of this place are in an asymmetric,mutually beneficial and symbiotic relationship.Combining with the current status of urban integration of community residents in demolition and resettlement,then find out the plight of urban integration of land-lost farmers in the community,analyze its causes,and put forward countermeasures to improve the effect of integration.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the effect of urban integration among community residents is not good.Mainly reflected in the internal difficulties of the symbiosis unit,the social system and community construction at the symbiosis interface level,and the obstacles to the optimization of the symbiosis environment.Therefore,this article believes that it is necessary to further accelerate the progress of urban integration of community residents in demolition and resettlement,promote new urbanization from three aspects:accelerating the energy increase of key symbiosis units,improving key symbiosis interfaces,and building a good symbiosis environment.
