Analysis Of Chongqing Integrated Circuit Industry Policy Text And Research On Policy Satisfaction Evaluation

The development of the modern information industry is an important indicator that reflects the overall technological level of a country,and the integrated circuit industry is the core of the modern information industry.For the development and transformation of my country from manufacturing in China to intelligent manufacturing in China,the integrated circuit industry is The key force.Improving the integrated circuit industry policy system is conducive to promoting the mature development of the integrated circuit industry and promoting the orderly development of the production and operation activities of enterprises across the industry chain.Regarding industrial policies,unbalanced or poor implementation of the policy system will hinder the revival of the integrated circuit industry.This study takes Chongqing as an example,takes“ quantitative analysis—satisfaction evaluation—optimization strategy ” as the technical route,analyzes the policy text and policy satisfaction evaluation to find out the lack of current Chongqing integrated circuit industry policy,and puts forward optimization suggestions.Improving the quality of Chongqing’s integrated circuit industry has certain theoretical and practical significance.This research is divided into six chapters.Chapter One Introduction analyzes the research background and research significance of this article,expounds the current research status at home and abroad,and also proposes its own research methods and research ideas,and finally points out the research innovations.The second chapter of the core concepts and theoretical basis explains the integrated circuits,industrial policies,and policy satisfaction involved in this article and clarifies the three core theories of industrial policy theory,policy tool theory and behavioral decision theory.The third chapter takes the policy text as the starting point,and first clarifies that the quantitative analysis of the policy text is to provide evaluation indicators for the subsequent policy satisfaction evaluation.To test the rationality of policies from the perspective of enterprises,in order to test the effects of policies more scientifically from the perspective of enterprises,it is necessary to classify policies through the dimension of policy tools.Through a three-dimensional research framework,starting from the three dimensions of policy tools,industrial value chains,and driving entities,a textual analysis of my country’s national level and Chongqing’s local government level on integrated circuit industry policies is carried out,and finally a quantitative analysis is carried out to conclude that my country’s and The characteristics of Chongqing’s integrated circuit industry policy,and the enlightenment of policy characteristics at the national level to Chongqing’s policy making.Chapter 4 begins to evaluate the satisfaction of Chongqing’s integrated circuit industry policy.First,clarify that the quantitative analysis of the policy text in Chapter 3is to provide evaluation indicators for the policy satisfaction evaluation of this chapter;then start the evaluation design,design a questionnaire based on the evaluation indicators to conduct a questionnaire survey on the enterprise;then use SPSS to mathematically analyze the data of the questionnaire survey Analyze the current situation of enterprises’ satisfaction industry policy satisfaction is not comprehensive enough.The questionnaires in this article are mainly at the enterprise level and are limited by the perspective of the employees themselves.This evaluation has its own limitations.Regarding the satisfaction of enterprises,they did not further dig deeper into the aspects that enterprises really care about,such as financial support and tax incentives.They only stay on the surface.Follow-up research needs to be digging deeper to collect more comprehensive and specific demands.As one of the pillars of the southwest,Chongqing has the responsibility as the locomotive of the southwest economy.How to drive the economic transformation of the entire southwest region and embark on a high-quality development route is a challenge that Chongqing needs to face,and the development of the integrated circuit industry is an important way.The integrated circuit industry is the cornerstone of the high-tech industry and a key industry in
