With the rapid development of the economy and society and the continuous acceleration of organizational changes,grassroots cadres must continue to learn new policy knowledge and improve their work standards to adapt to the new pressure and challenges brought about by the new situation and new requirements.As the grassroots cadres closest to the masses in the organization of state power,they are faced with complex and tedious grassroots work.They generally feel that they are under pressure and their enthusiasm for work has gradually faded.The "Opinions on Further Encouraging the cadres to take on new roles in the new era and new deeds" pointed out:We must vigorously educate and guide cadres to take on deeds and start businesses;we must be full of enthusiasm and care for cadres.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the current situation and promotion strategies of grassroots cadres’ work enthusiasm,identify the main influencing factors of grassroots cadres’ work enthusiasm,and propose corresponding promotion strategies.This article takes the grassroots cadres working in Yangjiao Sub-district,Wulong District as survey subject.Through in-depth study of domestic and foreign research results and related theories,and application of questionnaire surveys,interviews,quantitative analysis and other methods,the current situation of work enthusiasm of grassroots cadres and influencing factors are investigated.By analyzing the main influencing factors,the hiding reasons are brought out and corresponding promotion strategies are proposed.This article is mainly composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research significance,background,literature review,research content,research ideas,etc.,and explains the innovations and deficiencies of this article.The second part is the core concepts and theoretical foundations.It introduces the core concepts and reference theories related to this article.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the work enthusiasm of the grassroots cadres in Yangjiao Street.This part is mainly about the questionnaire survey.Through the questionnaire analysis,the current situation of low enthusiasm for the grassroots cadres in Yangjiao Street is analyzed.The fourth part is the main influencing factors and reason analysis of the enthusiasm of grassroots cadres in Yangjiao Street.This part mainly conducts statistics and analysis on the results of the questionnaire.The factors of the questionnaire design are ranked according to the results of the survey,correlation analysis and regression.Analyze and identify the main influencing factors,and analyze the reasons for the low enthusiasm of the grassroots cadres in Yangjiao Street based on the main factors.The fifth part is the strategy to improve the work enthusiasm of the grassroots cadres in Yangjiao Street.According to the reason why the grassroots cadres in Yangjiao Street are not very motivated to work,a promotion strategy is proposed.The sixth part is conclusions,prospects and acknowledgments,summarizing the research results,and putting forward research prospects. |
