The good development trend of online micro-loans will promote the development of social economy,improve the economic efficiency of China’s financial services and safeguard the public interest.Therefore,the government encourages the development of online micro-loans to expand private capital to supplement the banking industry.However,in the development of network microfinance,there are some obvious risks,which need to be supervised by the government.This paper analyzes the collected data to understand the risk points of government supervision in China’s network small loans.At the same time,the paper analyzes the current situation of the government’s supervision of the risks of online small loans,and the deficiencies and causes of the supervision,and finds the deficiencies of the government’s supervision of online small loans.At the same time,through the collection of relevant information of enterprises that have reached the industry access threshold at present,the number of enterprises in the country is only 14.It is found that the entry threshold of the industry set by the current regulatory policy is too high,which leads to a large number of shrinkage of enterprises in the industry.This paper will summarize the previous research results with the method of literature research and analyze the theoretical basis of this research.Through case analysis,this paper points out the importance of a good network credit environment for the healthy development of China’s network small loan industry.Through comparative induction,we can get some enlightenment from foreign government supervision experience.Finally,the paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the government supervision of network small loans in China.
