Research On The Integration Of Revolutionary Culture Into The Party Spirit Education Of College Student Party Members In The New Era

Party spirit education is an important magic weapon for the Communist Party of China to unite people and strengthen foundation.In the historical position of the new era,in order to maintain excellent leadership and appeal,and continue to lead the whole nation to embark on a new journey of dreaming,the Communist Party of China must further promote party spirit education and guide all party members to strengthen party spirit in theoretical study and practical exercise.College student party members are the new force among the nation’s party members,so party spirit education for this group is related to the future development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,colleges and universities should focus on promoting the party spirit education of college student party members,and constantly explore and develop the materials for party spirit education,so as to enhance the appeal of party spirit education effectively.The revolutionary culture was born in the soil of Chinese revolution,construction and reform.It shows the original aspiration and mission of the Chinese Communists,demonstrates the common value pursuit and spiritual character of the Chinese nation.So the revolutionary culture has an irreplaceable educational value in the cultivation of party spirit.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the meeting points of revolutionary culture and party spirit education of college student party members,analyze the problems and causes in the process of integrating revolutionary culture into party spirit education profoundly,and then propose corresponding optimization education strategies to make revolutionary culture integrate into the party spirit education of college student party members in the new era more scientifically and effectively.This thesis randomly selects some student party members and party workers from five universities in Zhejiang Province as the survey objects.The questionnaire respectively from four aspects,including the cognition and value orientation,content and form of integration,effect of integration,guaranteed conditions,investigates the basic situation of the use of revolutionary culture in party spirit education of college student party members.After further analysis of the survey results,it is found that there are some problems such as insufficient use of revolutionary cultural,lack of innovation in educational methods,and lack of education atmosphere of revolutionary culture.The reasons are mainly due to the insufficient attention and professionalism of the teachers,the weak sense of identity and subject consciousness of the trainees,and the imperfect guarantee mechanism.Based on the above analysis of the status quo,problems and causes,this thesis explores the optimization education strategies from three aspects: the subjective initiative path,mediator innovation path,and the comprehensive guarantee path.Firstly,improve the cultural awareness and professional quality of party workers,enhance the cultural identity and subject status of college student party members.Secondly,organize and develop revolutionary culture into the classroom teaching,vigorously develop revolutionary culture to enhance the construction of school culture,reinforce the integration of revolutionary culture to carry out educational practice activities,apply revolutionary cultures scientifically to build an online education platform.Thirdly,improve material conditions,optimize the party workers team,build scientific research platforms,build an evaluation mechanism.In this way,we can better play the educational function of revolutionary culture,enhance the effectiveness of party spirit education of college student party members,and guide college student party members to strengthen the inheritance and internalization of revolutionary culture and improve personal party spirit level.
