Research On Legalization Of Rural Governance About Y County

Rural governance is an important part of social governance.Realizing the rule of law in rural governance is the ultimate goal of modern rural governance.The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized "promoting the rule of law at the grassroots level" and pointed out that "to comprehensively promote the rule of law at the grassroots level,the focus is on the grassroots level." However,the large number of rural population in my country,the low cultural level,the weak awareness of modern rule of law,the insufficiency of the legal system of rural governance,the imperfect rural governance system,and the imperfect construction of public legal services,restrict the rural areas.The construction process of governing the rule of law.Therefore,for my country’s vast countryside and complex social environment,the rule of law in rural governance must be an unavoidable historical and realistic topic,which requires us to seriously think and treat it with a pragmatic attitude.This article closely integrates the current law-based governance practices,through reading a large number of journals,documents,government work reports,etc.related to the construction of the rule of law in rural governance,to sort out the existing research results of the rule of law in rural governance.At the same time,through questionnaire surveys,on-site interviews,etc.,surveys were conducted on government departments,law enforcement agencies,social organizations,village residents’ committee staff,and local residents in four representative towns in Y County.After sorting out the results of the survey,it is concluded that the main problems existing in the legalized rural governance in County Y and their subjective and objective factors,the current achievements and their experience and practices.Finally,combining the existing literature research results and the author’s research results,the analysis concludes that the current legalized rural governance implementation path requires multiple forces to work together.It is necessary to uphold the leadership of the party,improve the current rural rule of law system,raise the awareness of the rule of law of the whole people,and realize the "three governances in one" of rule of law,rule of morality,and autonomy,and finally achieve "good law and good governance." Research purposes On the one hand,the legalization of rural governance needs to be further improved.By improving the legalized rural governance system,the theoretical system of national governance is improved to a certain extent,so as to make up for the shortcomings of the development of the national governance system.On the other hand,it is more important to explore the direction of legalized rural governance through theoretical research.In short,the legalization of rural governance research is not only a theoretical requirement but also a practical requirement.
