Research On The Influence Of Transformational Township Leaders On The Behavior Of Poverty Alleviation Cadres In Villages

China has entered a new period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan.After completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieving the first centenary goal,the current period is the first five-year period in which China begins a new journey towards the second centenary goal of building a modern socialist country in all respects.The 13 th Five-Year Plan period was the decisive period to win the battle against poverty.To eradicate poverty,improve people’s livelihood and gradually achieve common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important mission of the CPC.During the "13th Five-Year Plan" poverty alleviation campaign,staff at all levels went straight to the battle of poverty alleviation in townships and towns,led by township leaders,to face the masses and solve the poverty problem plaguing rural areas.At the end of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the COVID-19 epidemic broke out,and leaders at the township level were required to lead the team to ensure the safety of the party.In these special work and daily work,leaders’ behaviors have a direct impact on the behaviors of poverty alleviation cadres in villages.Based on this background,this paper studies the influence of township leadership behavior on poverty alleviation cadres stationed in villages.The purpose of this research is to explore the influence of transformational leadership on village-based poverty alleviation cadres.Based on the theories of transformational leadership,leader-member exchange,and organizational citizenship behavior,the research is carried out.Through questionnaire survey,interview questionnaire and field survey,we deeply understand the influence of township transformational leadership on the behavior of poverty alleviation cadres in villages.Leaders in the organization through its own charm,ability to work and lead the team level and self-sacrifice in poverty engines,the industrial revolution,the epidemic prevention and control war in large tasks such as how to stimulate the residency poverty alleviation will cadre’s spirit,initiative,sportsmanship,supervisor of these behaviors affect with what kind of reaction.As the main line,adopt the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research,through designing the questionnaire survey of three villages and towns with the leadership of the residency poverty alleviation effect between cadres will travel through the designed questionnaire,on-the-spot understand the impact of transformational leadership on residency cadre of poverty alleviation and will,eventually through actual effectiveness survey township transformational leadership for residency poverty alleviation cadre behavior will affect,To provide effective suggestions for the next step of rural revitalization and grass-roots government governance.
