| With the advancement of museum digitalization,how to maximize the development and utilization of resources,fully reflect its scientific research and cultural value has become particularly important.The rational development and utilization of cultural relics resources is inseparable from the open sharing of cultural relics’ digital resources.However,in the process of open sharing in recent years,copyright disputes have frequently occurred,which has seriously affected the sharing process of cultural relics,digital resources,the enthusiasm of exchanges and cooperation between museums.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a solution to the copyright protection problem in the process of sharing digital resources of cultural relics.In response to the above problems,the main work of this thesis is:(1)Aiming at the specific business scenario of museum cultural relics digital resource sharing,the overall structure and specific business process of the copyright protection scheme are designed.At the same time,in the plan,blockchain technology is used to establish a sharing alliance among museums to solve the problems of network load and single point of failure in centralized storage,record the resource sharing process on the chain to achieve the purpose of copyright protection.(2)Aiming at the security requirements for the protection of cultural relics’ digital resources,the requirements for multi-authority access to resource files,and the need for infringement determination in copyright disputes,this thesis introduces relevant technical details in the plan for improvement.Among them,in the field of cryptography,each encryption link of the national commercial cipher algorithm is used to ensure that the program is safe and controllable.In the resource storage mode,the distributed storage of the interplanetary file system is used to realize the off-chain secure storage of cultural relics and digital resources,and improve the transmission of resources Efficiency.On the basis of traditional smart contracts,a role-based access control strategy is adopted to implement resource query access control.In the resource acquisition mode,digital fingerprints are introduced,user information is embedded in resource files,infringement is traced,and liability for infringement is determined.In summary,this thesis designs a blockchain-based copyright protection scheme for cultural relics digital resources,which ensures the authenticity of cultural relics digital resources and the security of resource storage,query and acquisition,and promotes the process of sharing cultural relics digital resources.It is an active exploration in the field of digital cultural heritage protection. |
