Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Rural Community Policing In Neijiang

The construction of rural community policing is the important foundation of the rural public security environment and the cornerstone of the prevention and control of rural public security.China’s rural community policing construction started late,in order to speed up the pace of rural community policing construction,we need to learn the theory of rural community policing and the corresponding research methods.Due to the vast rural areas in China,the effective management of the rural public security environment for the government cannot only rely on the strength of the township government,but also needs the support of the public security organs.The public security organs should carry out the rural community policing work,so as to assist the government to implement effective control in the rural areas.This paper takes the construction of rural community policing in Neijiang City as the research object,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of rural community policing in Neijiang City by using literature research,comparative research and other methods,using relevant theories such as new public service,risk society and emergency management.With the limited police force,the overall quality of the community police force to be improved,a little lack of funds,the relationship between the police and the people is not harmonious,the basic work of community policing is not perfect and other five aspects as the starting point of the problem,further analysis of the reasons for the problems in the construction of rural community policing in Neijiang City,put forward targeted countermeasures.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,briefly describes the purpose and significance of the research,and analyzes the relevant research progress at home and abroad.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis in detail.The third chapter first analyzes the current situation of rural community policing construction in Neijiang City,and then combs the main problems.The fourth chapter from the internal and external two directions to find out the reasons of Neijiang rural community police construction problems;Chapter five analyzes the excellent experience of the construction of rural community policing in China.The sixth chapter from the fight for financial support,establish the correct community police construction concept,establish a new police mechanism,improve the rural community police construction of four aspects of the discussion,for Neijiang City rural community police construction countermeasures;The seventh chapter gives a systematic summary of the research,and puts forward the prospect of the research results.
