Job burnout can negatively affect practitioners’ physiology and psychology in different degrees.What’s worse,it may endanger the safety of collective interests.While bringing convenience to the majority of taxpayers,the reform of national and local taxation has also generated many problems,such as increasing work pressure,wider business scope,more and more supervision and assessment,and so many difficulties in job promotion,etc.These problems have brought about the objective fact that the sense of acquisition and happiness of grassroots taxation personnel is decreasing.Highintensity work and the imbalance between pay and reward make burnout spread among the grassroots taxation personnel.If the problems mentioned above are not paid attention to and solved for a long time,they will definitely affect the working condition and psychological health of the grassroots taxation personnel,lower the evaluation of the taxation authorities in the heart of the public,and even affect the continuous stability of the state revenue.In this context,taking the grassroots tax officers in city D as an example,this paper designed a questionnaire based on theories such as the three-dimensional theory of burnout,Maslow’s needs theory and resource retention theory,and subsequently conducted a stratified sampling survey of grassroots civil servants belonging to the tax bureau of city D.The survey collected a total of 223 valid questionnaires,which effectively supported the study on the burnout of tax grassroots civil servants.In this paper,the MBI-GS Burnout Scale and the Burnout Influencing Factor Scale were used to investigate and analyze At last,we get three conclusions.The first conclusion is that civil servants of basic taxation in D city have a middle degree of job burnout phenomenon.The second is that the main reasons for job burnout of civil servants of basic taxation in city D are workload,promotion space,and salary composition.And the last conclusion is that we need to work together at individual level,organizational level and social level in order to effectively alleviate the burnout problem of tax grassroots civil servants in D city. |
