Design And Application Of Evaluation System Of Criminal Law Practice Course In Higher Vocational Colleges

Curriculum is an important foundation for carrying out educational and teaching activities,and it is also the main carrier for teachers to teach and solve puzzles.In recent years,the development of higher vocational education has been like a smash,but some problems have also been exposed.The rapid expansion of the scale of higher vocational education has caused problems such as lack of teaching resources,insufficient teaching staff,decline in curriculum quality,and uneven teaching quality.It is extremely urgent to improve the quality of courses,and promoting reform through evaluation is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of courses.To achieve an objective evaluation of the quality of courses in higher vocational colleges,a set of targeted,comprehensive,systematic and practical course evaluation system should be formulated according to the nature and goals of different courses in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this research takes the "criminal legal practice" course as the object and constructs the ESETT system of the higher vocational "criminal legal practice" course evaluation.In order to guide the relevant stakeholders to correctly understand the current situation of the curriculum,and to encourage teachers to improve the teaching work,this is of great significance for improving the quality of the "criminal law practice" course in higher vocational education.This research uses educational observation method,investigation method,analytic hierarchy process and case study method,etc.,and focuses on "creating a" criminal law practice " curriculum evaluation ESETT system with the characteristics of " two types and five needs " for talent training in higher vocational colleges" Purpose,and apply the system to the practice of the course evaluation of "Criminal Law Practice" for the Judicial Police Major of L Higher Vocational College in Jiangxi Province.In response to the problems found in practice,corresponding solutions are put forward,and the operational value,application deficiencies and optimization strategies of the system are explained.The results show that the system has good pertinence,comprehensiveness,systemicity and practicality.However,the universality of the system is slightly lower,and the requirements for the operator’s ability are slightly higher.The ESETT system of "criminal legal practice" course evaluation in higher vocational colleges provides tool support and value guidance for objectively,comprehensively and systematically evaluating the "criminal legal practice" course.It helps to find course problems and points out the direction for curriculum reform.The practical value and practical significance of Although the system is slightly less universal and requires higher requirements for operators,after many considerations and trade-offs,it is believed that in order to be able to accurately and effectively evaluate the "Criminal Law Practice" course,it is a rational choice to abandon the pertinence of universal choice;In order to obtain objective and accurate evaluation results,on the basis of meeting the basic requirements of operability,although it is somewhat difficult to operate,it is also worthwhile.With the continuous integration and development of "artificial intelligence + education",science and technology will bring more convenience and opportunities to the education field.In the future,if the higher vocational "criminal legal practice" course evaluation ESETT system can rely on science and technology,and use small programs or APPs and other carriers to present and apply it,it will effectively reduce labor costs,speed up data processing,and improve operational efficiency.
