Study On The Coupling And Coordination Of Regional Economic Development And Basic Public Service Level In Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration

At present,Chengdu Chongqing city cluster has become the key point of the national western development strategy,which reveals that the state pay attention to regional harmonize development.However,because the influence of policies and development conditions,the regional construction level of Chengdu Chongqing city cluster is uneven,which is more outstanding in regional economy and basic social services.However,in the procedure of promoting the high-level development of Chengdu Chongqing city cluster,less follow with interest in the harmonize development between economy and public services.Based on the research on the basic economic and social services of 16 cities in the city cluster,this paper analyzes the coupling and coordination relationship between them and the coordinated spatial differentiation.Firstly,the national policies and Cooperation policy among regional governments policies on the coordination of regional economy and social services of Chengdu Chongqing city cluster are collected and studied and the mechanism of the formation of the two systems through complex interactive relations is also discussed.Then we use entropy method and coefficient of variation to get the regional economic level and basic public service level,and explore the evolution path of track of the gap between the two systems of urban agglomeration.Finally,the coupling and harmonize development level within the urban agglomeration and the main factors affecting the regional coupling and coordination are discussed.The findings are as follows: Regional economic development and the level of basic public services have been improving.The evolution track of the two gradually changed from plundering relationship to complementary relationship and then to benign difference relationship;The whole region has realized the transition from imbalance to primary coordination.In the measurement range,there are different transition stages in each city and state,and the relative development differences between cities are unbalanced.However,the coefficient of variation of coupling coordination between cities is shrinking,which shows that the regional integration has achieved remarkable results.At the level of spatial and regional differences,the level of coupling coordination emerge spatial characteristics " one axis--central collapse","two belts--low median","dual core--polarization obvious",and "three regions--low value aggregation".Finally,we measure the key indicators that affect the level of coupling coordination,and put forward suggestions to promote the development of coupling coordination.
