The prison police is a relatively special team which has the strengthening conviction for defending the law.The police must be with the social responsibility,and the hormonal sense of the task,and the belonging for the job,and the sense of the burdening,and the spirit of the respecting for the job.The police must be with the high standard ability of the performance the law.So it is very necessary and important for studying the management policy which is reasonable and scientific for this team.The logical composition of this graduation thesis includes four chapters.The first is the studying of the original of the theories,what the aim is finding the relationship between the demand of the prison police and the current policy.No ending of the demand is the power and the resource for the development and the advance of the human being.It will mobilize the positive factors if the demands have been met with.And the back is remaining the inactive.This is the theory fundamental of this thesis,which the policy must be meeting with the demand of the prison police to promoting the benefit of the management.The second is the investigation of the satisfaction of the current policy of the prison police.It is the fundamental data studying for this thesis.One of the purpose is whether it meets the demands of the prison police or not,and the other key is the influence for the management profit.The results of this investigation will be applied for the pieces of the advice to establish the demand-oriented management policy of the prison police team.The third is the structure of the demand of the prison police.The peculiar features of the occupation decide the characters of the demand of the prison police.So this is the essential fundamental study of the structure of the demand-oriented management policy.The last is the pieces of the advice for the pattern of the management policy.Above all the achievements of the study and the investigation,the author will put forward the measures to solve and improve the current policy according to many aspects such as the higher attention to the demand,the no use of the stimulation,and the descending of the profit benefit because of the lower satisfaction of the demand meeting.As a front line police,the author firstly analyzes the special features of the police occupation,and then based on the investigation and the interviews,to get the demands structure of the prison police,and give the pieces of advice for the demand-oriented management policy of the prison police team at last.I think that the achievements and the results of this studying are feasible and applicant for meeting with the demand of the construction of the prison police team. |
