Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of The People’s Livelihood Improvement Level In China’s Provinces

2020 is the year of decisive victory to establish an all-around affluent society and the final year of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.The Party and the Country have always put the people first.Whether the people live well is the most concerned thing of the Party and the Country.Improving people’s livelihood is not only the starting point but also the landing point of establishing an all-around affluent society.And it has made great achievements these years.And it settled a strong foundation for activating an entire well-to-do society.And it is a step closer to come true the Chinese dream.But meanwhile,development in imbalance and insufficiency is still a big problem.We wonder study the elements that influence the improvement of people’s livelihood.We evaluate its level firstly.We find effective measures and feasible paths to settle issues and raise people’s livelihood.This paper structures a multivariate overall merit system of people’s livelihood improvement.In the development of livelihood improvement,there are still a few troubles among provinces.Then,by constructing the spatial error model of people’s livelihood improvement level,we study its spatial effect and contributory factors.It is considered that it has spatial aggregation action.And it has spatial spillover influence on the peripheral regions.Based on empirical analysis,it is proposed that to improve people’s livelihood improvement level.We need improving regional development differences and improving the income distribution system.For developing people’s livelihood,we can take many measures.We need to overcome the shortcomings we find.We need to enhance the financial security of people’s livelihood.We need to heighten the economic standard.We need to modify the industrial structure.We need to improve the standard of education.We need to and control the human occupancy.As well as we need to perfect national policies and systems.And it needs the concerted endeavors of the government,the people themselves,and society.
