Study On The Creation Of Exit-entry Administration Of Foreigners Under The New Normal

Exit entry administration is a necessary method to defend state sovereignty and ensure national security.Nowadays,the stable political structure,the good investment environment,as well as the expanding opening fields attract talents from all over the world to China’s employment,learning,business,communication.With the increasingly closing relationship between other countries and us,a large number of foreigners flowing brings a huge challenge and responsibility to local security organs.At the same time,we also note that China’s entry and exit administration organ has a lot of work to do with foreigners management system,mechanism,professionals,and the degree of science and technology.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background of some basic concepts about the management of foreigner management in China,showing the important significance of the management of foreigners in China on antiterrorism,stability maintenance,introduction of talents and social management etc.It will focus on introducing the current situation and difficulties of local public security management.Comparing to many countries` administration methods to foreigners,drawing lessons form advanced ways and combining with the new situation of foreigner management in China.This article will focus on how to administrate foreigner,optimize and improve the foreigners management mechanism under the new situation,how to establish a more scientific and modern,professional foreigner management work,enhancing exit and entry administration service level,enhance exit and entry administration management level,and ultimately provide reference for national counter-terrorism strategy,making contribution to attracting talent from overseas for our country.
