Since the reform and opening up,my country has established a basic economic system such as the public ownership as the main body,the common development of multiple ownership economies,the distribution according to work as the main body,the coexistence of multiple distribution methods,and the socialist market economic system.At present,the non-public ownership economy plays a pivotal role in our country’s national economy.Labor-management relations have become an important aspect that urgently needs in-depth study and further standardization in the construction of a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.How to treat the problems of labor-management relations in our country has become a problem for people.Hot topics to follow and discuss."Employed Labor and Capital" is a political economics work written by Marx in 1847.It is the first comparative and systematic expounding of the basic principles of Marxist political economy.It contains rich thoughts on labor-management relations,and has a historical significance in the history of Marxist labor-management thoughts.Important theoretical position.Based on the latest research results,this article uses "Employed Labor and Capital" as the main text,connects with China’s current reality,and analyzes the background,theoretical origins,basic content and contemporary value of the labor-management relations thought in "Employed Labor and Capital".To sort out and research.In addition to the introduction,the thesis includes three parts:The first part first analyzes the background of the formation of labor-management relations,that is,after the completion of the first industrial revolution,the widespread adoption of large-scale machinery industry has greatly improved the level of productivity and the rapid increase of social wealth,but also caused the working class,The severe disaster has caused tension between labor and capital.Secondly,it explored its ideological origin from the perspectives of Utopian Socialism,Classical Political Economics,and the evolution of Marx and Engels’ thoughts on labor relations before "Employed Labor and Capital".The second part systematically sorts out the main content of Marx’s thoughts on labor-management relations.Through the analysis of the nature of wages and labor sales,the research interprets the reality that labor-management relations are equal in form but unequal in fact;the formation of employed labor and capital reveals that labor-management relations is a historical production relationship;and the analysis of wage changes,The labor-management relationship is the fundamental antagonistic relationship between the two major classes of workers and capitalists.The third part summarizes and analyzes the historical status and contemporary enlightenment of Marx’s thoughts on labor-management relations.In "Wage Labor and Capital",Marx did not understand the relationship between capital and labor in an isolated and abstract manner,but placed it under the capitalist mode of production and combined it with the background of the capitalist system to carry out research.Marx believes that wage labor is not inborn,capital is not born,capital is not a thing,and the relationship between capital and wage labor is a capitalist relationship of production.The labor-management relationship under capitalist conditions is antagonistic.This method of analyzing the relationship between capital and wage labor based on historical materialism embodies the unique theoretical advantages of Marxist political economy.To study the labor-management relationship thought in "Employed Labor and Capital",the most important thing is to grasp the labor-management relationship analysis method of historical materialism.Under the conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics,labor-management relations still exist,and understanding of the nature of labor-management relations and handling of labor-management relations cannot be separated from the institutional background of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the labor and the means of production have also changed from being separated from each other to being combined with each other.The laborers have become the masters of the means of production,eliminating the rule of capital over labor.In this sense,compared with the capitalist labor-management relationship,the labor relations under the socialist system are essentially a harmonious and non-antagonistic relationship.This is the most essential difference between them.Therefore,to study labor relations under socialist conditions,we should fully understand Marx’s method of using historical materialism to analyze bourgeois society,instead of blindly applying it.As General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,"When dealing with theoretical works in Western economics and political science and the experience of capitalist economic development,we must pay attention to analyzing,researching,and drawing on the useful elements,but we must not blindly copy them without leaving China’s specific reality.Photo sets".While correctly using Marx’s historical materialism to analyze bourgeois social methods,we should make full use of capital,give full play to the advantages of the economic system and political system,and strive to build a harmonious labor-management relationship.
