Research On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Work Of State Owned Enterprise Staff In The New Era

The effectiveness of Ideological and political work refers to the positive characteristics of Ideological and political work practice in meeting the fundamental objectives of Ideological and political work.For state-owned enterprises,the effectiveness of Ideological and political work is not only related to the ideological and political quality of employees themselves,but also related to the performance and output of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises around the issue of effectiveness and explore a scientific,reasonable and efficient path of Ideological and political work.This paper is a case study of the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of the staff of Anqing Branch of China Unicom.The elements of the effectiveness of Ideological and political work of state-owned enterprise employees include the construction of Ideological and political work team,the concept of Ideological and political work of state-owned enterprise employees,and the innovative ways and methods of Ideological and political work.Taking these factors as indicators to investigate the ideological and political work of individual state-owned enterprises,we find that there are obvious problems in its effectiveness.The main problems are: conservative ideas,unreasonable construction of political work team,bureaucratism and formalism,backward methods,content and mechanism of Ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises.To solve these problems.We need to reform from the following aspects: first,strengthen the ideal belief and professional ethics education of employees.Second,strengthen the construction of Ideological and political work team.Third,improve the mechanism of Ideological and political work.Fourth,improve the concept of Ideological and political work of state-owned enterprise staff,and innovate the way of Ideological and political work.Fifth,strengthen humanistic care.
