| In the era of "Internet +",the new charity model has developed rapidly.Especially with the rise of new media,the number of Internet users is increasing.New media charity platforms such as “Easy to Raise” have broken the traditional fundraising in time and space by organizing crowdfunding in new media channels.Restrictions,integration of resources,and effective docking of help and donation have greatly enhanced the benefits of charity and have been welcomed by everyone.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the twelfth collective study of the Political Bureau of the 19 th Central Committee that informationization has brought a rare opportunity to actively use the results of the information revolution and accelerate the construction of a comprehensive media communication pattern that integrates and integrates into one..For the new media charity,it is necessary to actively create a new charity carrier and communication platform in the process of media integration development,so as to better enrich the social charity resources to serve the needs of the masses.This article will take the "Easy to Plan" platform as an example.From the perspective of public management,we will use literature research methods,case analysis methods,comparative research methods and other research methods to interpret and discuss the new development of charity in the new era.Through the analysis of the traditional charity dilemma,the characteristics of the new media charity are summarized,the advantages and effects are analyzed,and the development trend of the new media charity has gradually gained its mainstream status.At the same time,with the help of the "easy to raise" research,from the three aspects of law,management,and environment,the problems and "pain points" of new media charity are summarized.Finally,aiming at the three different participants of the government,charitable organizations and the public,they propose countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of new media charity,and hope to provide valuable reference for the development of charity in China. |
