Study On The Participation Of The Residents In The Urban Community Governance

Urban community governance is an important part of urban construction.With the improvement of the corresponding system and system in China and the significant improvement of people’s living standards,building a livable city has evolved into the primary development goal of many cities,and urban governance has gradually moved towards modernization and standardization.In urban community governance,community residents,as the main body of the community,are also involved in community governance The final effect of community governance is directly determined by the willingness and degree of community residents’ participation.However,the current situation of urban community governance residents’ participation is not optimistic.There are many problems in the process of residents’ participation in community governance,such as low enthusiasm,weak sense of community identity and belonging,and ability to participate in community governance Lack of participation effect is not obvious and so on.There are also many problems in promoting the participation of the masses in the community governance,such as the lack of their own ability,the lack of information channels,the insufficient publicity and organization of activities,etc.;there are also many problems in the government,such as the government’s control over the community is too strict,the political color of the community is too thick,and the community affairs are complex,resulting in the lack of awareness of serving the residents.This paper takes l community of Taizhou City as the research object,adopts the research method of combining questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and combines relevant theories to analyze the measures of L street to promote the modernization of community governance,and conducts in-depth research on the participation of residents,from which we can find out the problems in community governance and the causes of the problems,specifically from residents,communities,government The government has put forward several measures to promote the modernization of community governance,such as increasing the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community governance and community affairs,strengthening the communication between community neighborhood committee and residents,expanding information channels,strengthening the support of relevant departments to the street finance and talents,relaxing the excessive control over the community,etc.
