Community Party Building Leads Community Governance Practice Research

Community is the basic unit of the national governance system,and community party building is the ruling foundation of the party at the grass-roots level.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,China’s community governance is at a new starting point.On the one hand,the community governance system is further evolving into a grid,flat,refined and informationalized system.The needs of the public are increasingly diversified,and the traditional governance mechanism is in urgent need of innovation and breakthrough.On the other hand,the status of community party building has become increasingly prominent,providing strong political guidance and organizational guarantee for community governance,which has gradually become the driving force to promote the practice of community governance.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the practice research on community party building leading community governance.The text consists of four parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance,and comprehensively analyzes the research situation at home and abroad,so as to provide literature support for the follow-up research.The second part summarizes the definition of community,community governance and community party building at the theoretical level,clarifies the relationship between community party building and community governance practice,and provides theoretical support for the following research.Third part with CZ city BH community party lead community governance practices case as the research object,emphatically analyzed the community party building and community development are not synchronized,the party leading role implementation does not reach the designated position,community governance do not have a high level of refinement,the community party building informatization level is low four questions,don’t think the community party organization’s own stance is high,the imbalance between community party construction and community governance,community governance pattern,and lack of community party organization innovation consciousness,community workers ability causes mismatch is the main problem.The fourth part focuses on the construction of the "community party committee" party building working mechanism,the improvement of the "total factors" grid community governance mechanism,the use of "digital party building" to promote the modernization of community governance,to strengthen the community party building leading the practice of community governance path countermeasures.
