Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Safety Management Of Left-behind Children In C District,Suqian City

The care and protection of left-behind children has been paid more and more attention by the society.By combing the existing research results and related literature,domestic scholars mostly focus on the concept of left-behind children in rural areas,education problems,existing reasons,psychological problems,types of guardianship,growth problems,and so on.In a broad and superficial macro perspective,the security and safety management of left-behind children in rural areas has only been considered as a part of the study of Left-behind children.This study takes the safety management of left-behind children in C Township of Suqian City as the analysis object,uses interview method to comprehensively understand the development process and implementation of safety management in C Township of Suqian City,and explores the problems and causes of safety management,with a view to giving reasonable and effective countermeasures.Based on this,this paper makes a thorough investigation and Study on the safety management of left-behind children in C Township of Suqian City by using the methods of literature and interview.It is found that the safety management of left-behind children in C Township of Suqian City lacks scientific and meticulous system support,the coordination among government departments,schools and social organizations is insufficient,and the safety infrastructure is not in place.Although the government purchases social services,the participation level of social forces is low.In view of the above problems,this study,by consulting the relevant government archives and investigating the current situation of safety management of left-behind children in C Township of Suqian City through empirical investigation,puts forward feasible countermeasures: strengthening legislative support,improving system norms,promoting the reform of household registration system,and speeding up government functions.Change;Develop diversified supply of safety management services for left-behind children;Active cooperation of Left-behind children’s families.
