Research On The Implementation Of Punishment Policies For Dishonest Behavior Of Social Relief Objects In Zhenjiang City

Credit belongs to the category in the field of traditional morality in China since ancient times,but with the development of The Times and social progress,social honesty incident on briefly,honesty is an important reason why the execution of the lack of power system,especially in the bottom line of emergency,the field of social assistance,if dishonest behavior is not punishment,will endanger the society’s most basic fairness and justice,a threat to the country’s good faith construction.Therefore,it is urgent and inevitable to punish the dishonest behavior of social aid objects.This paper takes the environment of building honest society and constructing social credit system in China as the background,through the application of policy implementation theory,taking Smith model as the analysis framework,adopting data analysis,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods,in-depth analysis and research on the implementation of policy on discredence of social relief objects in zhenjiang city.This paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo,main problems,influencing factors and countermeasures of the punishment policy implementation of the social assistance objects in zhenjiang city.Object,this paper analyzes the social relief of zhenjiang city disciplinary policy,the implementation of the background and puts forward the main problems of the policy execution,execution environment,the policy itself,actuators and the target group four aspects,mainly for the policy execution environment is not ideal,binding and power is not strong,the low degree of department joint discipline,discipline did not achieve the desired effect,and further analyzes the specific causes.Finally to promoting social assistance object of zhenjiang city effective implementation of disciplinary policy Suggestions were put forward,from put forward to build good disciplinary execution environment,perfect social assistance object disciplinary policy,promoting multi-sectoral joint punishment and strengthen the aimed target group rate and propaganda,make the policy execution effectively.
