Research On The Development Of Charity Poverty Alleviation In Chengde City

By the end of 2020,China’s task of eradicating poverty had won an all-round victory.From an absolute perspective,China had basically lifted itself out of poverty.However,from a relative perspective,there were still many poverty problems to be solved.At present,China has accomplished the basic task of "two guarantees,three guarantees" to get rid of poverty,but because of disease,natural disasters and other factors beyond control,the problem of relative poverty will still exist for a long time.After the period of absolute poverty,how to carry out the anti-poverty work in the post-poverty era is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently for our country,and is also the key to strengthen the vitality of our country’s charity.In order to speed up the process of poverty alleviation,it is difficult to rely on the support of policies alone.The poverty-stricken population will not be completely eliminated through employment in a short period of time,in the follow-up work of poverty alleviation,various social organizations are constantly inspired to take an active part in the cause of charitable poverty alleviation.The development time of charity in China is still relatively short,which has exposed some problems and difficulties in the work of charity and Poverty Alleviation.Therefore,in the post-poverty-alleviation era,there will also be a protracted battle,we should actively encourage and guide charitable organizations to participate in poverty alleviation work on a long-term basis,help poverty alleviation work with the strength of charity,and constantly consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation.With the development of the policy of encouraging the participation of charity in poverty alleviation,Chengde has also carried out a wide range of charity-assisted poverty alleviation programs.This paper discusses the significance and current situation of charitable organizations participating in poverty alleviation work,summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis of charity poverty alleviation,and deeply analyzes the development course and trend of charity poverty alleviation in the contemporary era,based on the analysis of the actual situation of charitable poverty alleviation,this paper points out the main problems in the process of charitable poverty alleviation in recent years and the causes of the problems,the main problems are as follows: lack of information resources for charitable poverty alleviation,single content and single form,there is a crisis of trust between the government and the charity organizations.The main reasons are: The channel of communication is not clear,there is no innovative mechanism,there is no leading organization,and the mechanism is not perfect.Based on the successful experience of charity poverty alleviation in Jiangxi Province and Zhengzhou,this paper sums up the experience: actively carrying out activities,strengthening the construction of talent team,and intensifying publicity,this paper puts forward eight suggestions for the improvement of charity and poverty alleviation,charity organization and government in Chengde: 1 strengthening endogenous power,2 strengthening network propaganda,3 strengthening platform construction,4 options for adapting to local conditions,5 recruitment of professionals;Stabilizing the results of poverty eradication;improving the Charity Poverty Alleviation System;and ensuring the effectiveness of bottom-up financing.To sum up,the coming of the post-poverty-alleviation era can not be separated from the participation of charity organizations.However,there are many problems and challenges in the process of charity organizations’ participation in poverty-alleviation,which need to mobilize the whole Party,the whole country and the whole society to make joint efforts,let China be free from poverty.
