The Research On Comprehensive Management Of Road Traffic Safety In Rural Areas

Road traffic safety in rural areas is related to the safety of the lives and property of the people,to the economic and social development of the countryside,to the construction of beautiful country building,and to the overall road traffic safety work.Rural areas are the shortcomings of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the new era.Similarly,road traffic safety in rural areas is also a shortcoming of road traffic safety.According to statistics in recent years,the number of road traffic accidents in rural areas across the country has been rising and the proportion of the total number of accidents has also been increasing year by year.In particular,there are more major road traffic accidents on roads in rural areas,which is in sharp contrast with the sharp decline in major accidents across the country.Therefore,studying the comprehensive management of road traffic safety in rural areas,strengthening the management of road traffic safety in rural areas,and making every effort to reduce road traffic accidents in rural areas is a key project for party committees and governments at all levels to ensure social security and stability,and also the basic requirement for building a well-off society in an all-round way.Implementing the rural revitalization strategy and strengthening the comprehensive management of rural road traffic safety is a basic,long-term,and complex social comprehensive management project,focusing on the basic role of government departments at all levels,strengthening the close coordination of all sectors of society,innovating work mechanisms and systems,opening up ideas and methods to effectively improve the level of rural governance capabilities,and lay a solid foundation for the overall revitalization of rural areas.This article uses literature research,qualitative research,quantitative research and other research methods to closely focus on the theme of "Comprehensive Management of Road Traffic Safety in Rural Areas",taking Xiyang County,Jinzhong City as the research object,and collecting road traffic accidents of the county in the past five years.Statistics on the number of traffic accidents and personal and property losses,objectively analyze the current situation and problems of rural road traffic safety,and in-depth analysis of the causes of frequent road traffic accidents in rural areas.Through digital comparison and analysis of the achievements and experience of the "Peaceful Xiyang" rural road traffic safety pilot program since 2014,we will study the difficulties,shortcomings and omissions in comprehensive management of traffic safety in all counties of the city.Put forward suggestions for comprehensive management of road traffic safety in rural areas.
