In recent years,more and more civil servants have applied for the examination,which gives birth to a special industry-public examination training industry.At the same time,in the Internet era,the public examination training industry has also completed the transformation from offline to online.This paper takes FB online public examination education platform as an example.FB online public examination training is one of the best public examination training institutions in China,and its equal position in public education has been listed,but FB education failed twice.Although the turnover of the past two years is much higher than that of other training institutions,there is also a big gap with the public education.In terms of competition,it has fallen behind.The leader of the public examination and training industry will also be determined in the past two years.FB education institutions are not only market leaders,but also market challengers in the competitive public examination and training industry.Compared with traditional education,online education has the dual advantages of breaking the time and crossing the region to a certain extent.Therefore,the traditional offline education institutions try to extend vertically by virtue of their own advantages,and realize the transfer of education resources from offline to online through simple content replication and channel reconstruction;on the other hand,online education companies set up experience stores offline to expand their influence,so as to achieve the purpose of common development of online and offline.The Internet plus mode of online and offline co operation has an impact on the education industry.The reason is that the Internet plus mode has fully exerted the value of online experience of educational products.After studying the development process,service content and service characteristics of FB online public examination platform,it is found that in the era of knowledge payment,as long as the cognitive needs of users can be met,knowledge can be realized.The sharing economy further catalyzes the speed of knowledge realization.FB online public examination platform,which is supported by Internet technology,is rising rapidly and has gained a huge potential market.As long as the FB online platform can meet the cognitive needs of users and meet the learning characteristics of users’ time fragmentation,it can obtain more audiences in the potential market.In order to deeply understand the user satisfaction of online education products of FB public examination platform,this paper carries out a simple questionnaire survey,taking the users of FB public examination platform app as the sample,from the content quality,APP fluency and additional functions.The survey data shows that compared with the online app products of Zhonggong or Huatu,the app of FB platform is not only more fluent,but also richer in the content of question bank,and more humanized in the explanation and correction of wrong questions.Overall,the user satisfaction is high.However,from the SWOT analysis of FB public examination training institutions,we can see that the old public examination education institutions such as Zhonggong education and Huatu education are also seizing the online market,and the market competition FB is still huge.At the same time,there are still some problems in the current FB public examination platform,such as the lax quality control of teachers,the poor pertinence of online product standardization users,and the weak protection of intellectual property rights.These problems make FB online education platform lose a considerable number of target customers.In order to make FB public examination training institutions get an advantage in the new round of online market competition,this paper draws up a series of development strategies for FB public examination training institutions from three aspects of speed,quality and innovation.The most important thing in the market competition under the background of Internet is speed.If you get ahead,you can have an advantage.Therefore,the primary task of FB online platform is to win quickly,quickly strengthen enterprise management,and establish a public examination training brand.While occupying the market,we should improve our own products,win by excellence,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and cultivate the specialization of core competitiveness.Finally,to win with the new,further optimize the publicity strategy,strengthen the brand influence.In the future development strategy of FB,this paper studies the fit degree of intensive development strategy and differentiation strategy to FB online public examination education platform,from seven aspects:strict quality control of teacher qualification,customized courses for individual users,layout of offline closed-loop value chain,restriction of mobile communication within the scope of video,refinement of product service,diversification of marketing methods and comprehensive service system The specific development strategy is drawn up.Meanwhile,FB public examination training institutions should also support the operation of market competition strategies from two aspects of human resources management and capital investment.From the two aspects of talent and capital,we should enhance the user experience in the Internet plus mode of FB public examination,and promote the FB public examination to complete the closed loop under the "Internet plus" mode.
