| The level of government’s governance has a direct impact on the stability and development of a country and the training of civil servants.It is of great significance to improve the overall quality of the civil service and enhance the government’s ability to govern.China has formulated a number of civil and military training related laws and regulations,rules and regulations,with a view to through systematic and regular training,and continuously improve the quality and ability of the civil service.However,in the actual training of civil servants,there are many problems such as imperfect system construction,inadequate teacher guarantee,backward training methods and insufficient training,which restricts the training of civil servants to a certain extent and affects the actual effect of civil service training.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of civil servants in Yingde City YJ Bureau,and analyzes the existing training situation from the aspects of training needs,training contents,training methods,training effects and training incentives.On the basis of the current situation,to find out the specific problems,mainly did not carry out the needs analysis,the majority of the training for the training;training content is basically solid and unreasonable;lack of assessment and incentive mechanism,not linked with rewards and punishments;The lack of interaction,the process of lack of interaction,and then analyzed the reasons for the existence of the problem,in reference to the relevant civil service training on the basis of the relevant inspiration,put forward a full attention,to create a good training environment;build a wide range of training teachers;Training effectiveness assessment and incentive management;into the scientific curriculum program,the implementation of "menu" training mode and other measures,in order to better promote the Yingde City YJ Bureau of civil service training work to play a certain role in the smooth development of thinking. |
