Research On The Problems And Paths Of The Construction Of The Grassroots Party Branches Of State Owned Enterprises In The New Era

The basic Party branch of state-owned enterprises is an important organizational guarantee for adhering to and strengthening the party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises,and also a strong organizational guarantee for employees to participate in the management of state-owned enterprises and realize democratic co governance.Ensuring that the party branches always carry out work around production and operation,and giving full play to the role of fighting fortress,is conducive to transforming the organizational power of Party branches into the productivity of enterprises,so as to promote the high-quality and stable development of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the construction of grass-roots party branches in state-owned enterprises.This paper consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance,research status,research ideas and innovation.The second part is an overview of the theory of the construction of grass-roots party branches in state-owned enterprises.This part mainly explores from two aspects: the first is to define the relevant concepts of the construction of grass-roots party branches in state-owned enterprises;the second is to systematically sort out the Marxist views on the construction of grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the research.The third part is about the construction of grass-roots Party branch of G(a subway)Company in Taiyuan city.This part first briefly introduces the establishment of G company and grass-roots Party branch,and then analyzes the construction of grass-roots Party branch in G company from four aspects: branch organization life,Party member development,Party member education and Party member management.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the construction of the grass-roots party branches in state-owned enterprises.This part summarizes the outstanding problems found in the investigation process into the following four aspects:the ability level of the Party branch work team needs to be improved,the integration degree of the Party branch work and enterprise production and operation is not high,the distribution of Party members is not concentrated,which leads to the inconvenience of Education and management,and the vanguard role of Party members is not played well.The fifth part is the exploration of the construction path of the grass-roots party branches of state-owned enterprises.In order to provide theoretical guidance and experience for state-owned enterprises to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party branches,this part puts forward corresponding countermeasures from four aspects:optimizing the working team of Party branches,promoting the organic integration of Party branch work and production and operation,improving the setting of grass-roots party branches,and playing the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members.
