Research On "Grid" Patrol Prevention And Control System Of Public Security Organs Under The Background Of Big Data

The report of The 19th CPC National Congress stated that it is necessary to "speed up the construction of a public security prevention and control system,and crack down and punish illegal and criminal activities in accordance with the law." As the most populous city in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,in recent years,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,and the rapid economic development,the situation of social security has become more and more complicated,and various social contradictions have continued to appear.Competence presents new challenges.The emergence and wide application of big data technology has broken the inherent mode of data information sharing between public security system departments and between police types,improved the efficiency of combined operations,and provided new ideas for public security agencies to solve social security problems under the new situation..In order to further improve and improve the level of social security governance,the Chifeng City Public Security Bureau,after repeated investigations,demonstrations,and relying on the background of big data,established a "grid-based" patrol prevention and control system in 2018.During the period of operation,some results have been achieved: effective It has cracked down on and deterred various illegal and criminal activities;increased the rate of seeing the police on urban streets;The rate of public security cases has dropped significantly;and the satisfaction of the masses has increased significantly.The "grid-based" patrol prevention and control system is a system.Only when the entire system has a reasonable structure,smooth interactions within the system,and full play of the subjective initiative of each part,can this system exert its maximum effectiveness.Therefore,how to allocate the limited police resources so that the various parts of the "grid-based" patrol prevention and control system work together and coordinate and cooperate are issues that need to be studied urgently.This article is based on the practical experience of Chifeng City Public Security Bureau’s "grid-based" patrol prevention and control system construction,and uses interviews to talk to relevant police officers,and analyzes what happened during the operation of the Chifeng City Public Security Bureau’s "grid-based" patrol prevention and control work.The problems and the reasons behind the problems;collect and sort out the current domestic and foreign research in related fields through the literature research method,try to find a suitable solution for the local patrol prevention and control problems in Chifeng City;Through comparative research methods,refer to the relevant practices of excellent areas at home and abroad,and compare with the "grid-based" patrol prevention and control system of Chifeng City,and strive to combine excellent experience with local reality to provide a "grid-based" patrol defense for the Chifeng City Public Security Bureau.Actively and effectively explore the construction of the control system.
