Villagers’Autonomy, in short, is a basic social and political system, through the exercise of democratic rights, the villagers manage their own production and living, and to improve the standard of their economic and living. It has been more than 30 years since the Villagers’ Autonomy of China was put forward from the 1980s, the level of Villagers’ Autonomy gradually improve, continue to improve the higher level.
