| As an important part of social public welfare,the healthy development of volunteer service is related to the realization of a series of major social goals,such as building a socialist harmonious society,building socialist spiritual civilization and improving citizens’ personal moral quality.After the Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo,volunteer service has gradually entered people’s lives.More and more volunteers play a role in social life,and the volunteer group is gradually recognized and accepted by the society.Public institutions are an important driving force for the development of social public welfare undertakings in China,and the participation of internal employees in volunteer service has an important impact on the development of public institutions.This paper takes the employees of a public institution in Nantong as the research object,explores the relationship between organizational support and employees’ volunteer service motivation,in order to understand the current employees’ volunteer service motivation,and provide suggestions for the units,the government and the society,so as to promote the development of voluntary service in China.This paper mainly uses the method of combining theory with practice to carry out the research.Based on the theory of social exchange,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper focuses on the impact of perceived organizational support and inter organizational social exchange on employees’ volunteer service motivation.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: part of organizational support has a significant positive impact on some factors of employees’ volunteer motivation;work support has a significant positive impact on self-healing of employees’ volunteer motivation;employee value identification has a significant positive impact on self-healing of employees’ volunteer motivation.. |
