Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Reconstruction Of Dilapidated Houses In Rural Areas

Improve people’s living conditions,the realization of the housing security,people pay attention to the livelihood of the people is the central party committee,safeguard the people’s livelihood,improve people’s livelihood is an important content of China’s rural population is more,a lot of home building s earlier,as a result of disrepair,backward factors such as the low quality of building materials,construction technology,to a certain extent there is danger,a serious threat to the safety of lives and property of the people,and because of the defects of China’s urban and rural duality social structure itself,widening of the gap between urban and rural housing security especially low-income rural families,solve housing is more to the point of time.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the State Council attach great importance to solving the housing safety problems of rural poor people.From the end of 2008,the government began to implement a subsidy policy for renovating dilapidated rural houses.At present,the transformation of rural dilapidated houses has become a key work of the local government.Whether the policy implementation has achieved the expected effect and whether the housing problem of rural families has been effectively solved,the analysis and research of these situations are carried out to provide reference for the future work in this regard.T street of Zhuji city began to implement this work in 2013.After eight years of development,it has made certain achievements,making more than 100 poor families live in safe and comfortable new houses,feeling the warmth of the government,but also exposing some shortcomings.Based on this,taking T street of Zhuji City as an example,taking the government supervision theory as the starting point,combined with the theory of public participation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the government’s implementation of the transformation of rural dilapidated houses,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,and puts forward some measures to solve the problems,so as to provide reference for the future development of the transformation of rural dilapidated houses.This paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and data analysis to study the transformation of rural dilapidated houses.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic,and describes the research trends at home and abroad.At the same time,it also introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis,which mainly describes the definition of rural dilapidated buildings and the classification of dilapidated buildings,and introduces the theory of public participation and government supervision.The third part of Zhuji City and its subordinate t Street Rural dilapidated housing transformation present situation is introduced in detail,including T street in rural dilapidated housing transformation measures and achievements.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the transformation of rural dilapidated houses in T street of Zhuji City.The fifth part starts with the analysis of the causes of the problems in T street,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of rural dilapidated houses in T street of Zhuji City.
