Research On Participation Of Social Organizations In Drug Control From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Affected by the international increasing tide of drugs,the drug problem has become more and more serious,which has a severe impact on human health and development.Despite China’s great efforts and achievements in drug control,the difficulty of drug control is constantly rising due to the diversity of drug-related groups,and the networking and concealment of drug-related sites,and the large number of drug-related personnel.Thus,the original drug control system suffers a huge impact.In recent years,with the continuous development of social organizations which provide all kinds of drugs control services,it has increasingly become an important force in current drug control.At the same time,it should also be noted that in the process of cooperative participation in drug control in our country,there are still some problems,such as lack of collaborative consciousness and benign collaborative relationship,single collaborative mode,poor collaborative system,which seriously affect the function of social organizations participating in drug control.Taking the actual situation of social organizations in J City in Guangdong Province participating in drug control as an example,this thesis focuses on the research of T Social work Center and Volunteer Association of Drug Control in J City,and makes an in-depth study of the achievements of social organizations in J City in collaboration with other organizations in drug control and the problems that arise.Based on the mature experience of domestic and foreign social organizations participating in drug control,it is proposed that the government should establish a coordination promotion mechanism to create a good external environment,strengthen the supervision of the government and society to promote the credibility of social organizations,play the leading role to coordinate all parties to form an ideological consensus and a sense of coordination,and guide social organizations to give full play to their own advantages and strengthen professional construction so as to achieve the goal of forming a diversified,efficient and collaborative drug governance pattern and realize the maximization of public interests.
