| The aging of the population has become one of the important challenges faced by all mankind.our country has also entered an aging society since 2000,and the degree of aging is accelerating.The aging of the population will not only increase the size of the elderly population,but will also cause the age structure of the overall population to age,which will have a certain degree of impact on the level of labor supply,which in turn will have a huge impact on social and economic development.And Henan Province is my country’s most populous province,and its level of economic development is relatively low,and the problem of population aging is very serious,therefore,analyzing the population aging situation in Henan Province and exploring its relationship with labor supply is conducive to enriching the relevant content of the research on population aging and labor supply in Henan Province,and can also provide certain theoretical references for the formulation of related population policies in Henan Province.This article first sorts out the relevant literature at home and abroad,analyzes and summarizes the relevant research results of the predecessors,Then the related concepts of population aging and labor supply were defined,and then related theories were studied and summarized,and on this basis,the following research was started.First analyzed the current situation of population aging and labor supply in Henan Province,and found that Henan Province also began to enter an aging society in 2000.The absolute scale of the aging population is relatively large,but the relative proportion is low.The overall aging degree is increasing and is in steady progress.During the acceleration phase,the effects of the comprehensive two-child policy began to emerge at the same time.The age structure of the population of the provinces and municipalities is quite different,and there is a problem of getting old before getting rich.The labor supply in Henan Province is relatively sufficient,the labor participation rate is also relatively high,and showing an upward trend,but the age structure of the labor force is aging,and the phenomenon of rural labor transfer employment within the province is obvious.Combined with the comprehensive two-child policy,the population development status of Henan Province from 2019 to 2050 is predicted,and it is found that the permanent population of Henan Province will reach its peak in 2040,and the working-age population will reach its peak in 2029,and the aging degree will continue to increase.However,the overall trend is decelerating,and the age structure of the population is aging year by year.After that,the relevant data of Henan Province from2000 to 2018 were used to conduct multiple regression analysis and establish an error correction model.Finally,a gray correlation analysis was performed to find that the increase in population aging in Henan Province would have an impact on the labor force participation rate when the relevant influencing factors remained unchanged.The conclusion of the negative impact.Finally,combining the current situation of this article and the results of empirical analysis,the following policy recommendations are proposed to improve the comprehensive two-child policy and encourage childbirth;develop the human resources of the elderly and increase the supply of elderly labor;improve labor productivity;adjust the industrial structure to promote employment;actively develop the elderly industry Market;improve the social pension security system. |
