Study On The The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of The Direct Liaison At The Station Work Of Shunde District,Foshan City Guangdong Province

In the face of various changes in the new period,the grassroots government’s work of connecting with the masses is facing some new problems.It is also an urgent task for the grassroots government to innovate the work mode of connecting with the masses according to the needs of the development of the situation,and improve the scientific level of grassroots mass work in the new period.The challenges of grassroots government’s mass work mainly include the complexity of mass work environment,the diversification of mass work objects,the diversification of mass work contents and the lag of mass work subjects.Based on the new public service theory and Marxist mass view theory,this study systematically combs and summarizes the relevant research on the grassroots government’s work of connecting with the masses by using the literature method.It is found that the existing research tends to pay more attention to the theory of service-oriented government,but lacks the attention to the working mechanism of innovating the grassroots government’s work of serving the masses,and lacks the research on the relevant practice.Moreover,the grassroots government serving the masses is a hot spot of academic research.It is of great theoretical significance to analyze the new ideas of grassroots government work in order to enhance the effectiveness of mass work.This paper makes an in-depth investigation on the working mode of "direct liaison at stationing points" in Shunde District of Guangdong Province by using the method of investigation.Specifically,it conducts a questionnaire survey on the masses and grass-roots cadres to understand the basic situation of their "direct liaison at stationing points" work practice;Change the work style,close the relationship between cadres and the masses;Listen to the opinions of the masses and promote scientific decision-making.During the investigation,it is found that there is a lack of ideological understanding and unified planning;The public participation is not enough and the government guidance is not effective;The work of cadres is inefficient and the way of service is not good.The main reasons for the problems in the work mode of "stationing directly linked" in Shunde District of Guangdong Province are obvious differences in the quality of stationing cadres,insufficient cultivation of trust relationship between cadres and the masses,insufficient efforts to solve problems for the masses,and imperfect work supervision and assessment system.Based on the existing problems,we need to build the decision-making mechanism of grass-roots government serving the masses,the working mechanism of grass-roots government serving the masses,and the incentive and restraint mechanism of grass-roots government serving the masses,so as to further optimize the long-term mechanism of grass-roots government contacting the masses.
