A Study Of Marxism’s Thought Of Justice

Justice is the value pursuit of human social activities for a long time,and it is the reflection of human existence and activity value.Justice is full of Man’s idealized pursuit of social realistic relations and man’s expectation of his existence.Although Marxism does not deal specifically with justice in many of his works,we can find many ideas about justice in his works.The lofty pursuit and value goal of Marxism’s justice thought lies in the realization of human liberation and the all-round development of human freedom,at the same time,its core connotation contains the theoretical purport of freedom and equality,fair and reasonable economic expectation,the humanitarian spirit of human liberation,and the basic principle of harmonious coexistence.According to Marxism,true justice can only be achieved in a communist society.This paper is mainly based on Marxism and Marxism,using Marxism’s scientific methodology,the methods of text interpretation,Literature Research and comparative analysis,etc.,through the interpretation of Marxism’s text and the relevant scholars’ interpretation of Marxism’s justice thought to explain Marxism’s justice thought,in order to determine the historical status and value of Marxism’s justice thought,it concludes its value and significance for the construction and development of the current socialist cause,which is mainly divided into the following major contents:Part One,introduction.This paper mainly analyzes and expounds the reasons for choosing the topic of interpreting Marxism’s thought of justice,and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature research achievements related to the topic,and points out the problems worthy of attention and study,and the paper’s research methods,innovations,related concepts discrimination and so on to explain.The second part,through to the correlation literature reading and combing,has carried on the analysis and the elaboration to Marxism’s justice thought production time background and the theory source as well as the development process.First of all,the background of the birth of the theory of restitution and the historical evolution of the Western theory of justice are sorted out to find out the inheritance relationship between Marxism’s thought of Justice and the western theory of justice,and then to clarify the theoretical origin and original intention of Marxism’s thought of justice.Secondly,it generalizes and analyzes the development of Marxism’s thought of Justice from three stages: Marxism’s pursuit of justice in the early stage,his reflection of justice in the middle stage and his criticism of "justice" in the late stage.Marxism’s attitude to the category of justice from the early pursuit of praise to the philosophical reflection of the fallacy until the critical rejection,so that the idea of justice from the germination to maturity.On the basis of historical materialism,Marxism established the connotation,characteristics and ultimate aim of the thought of justice.This part of the idea of justice to do a macro grasp,so as to pave the way for the following interpretation of the main content of Marxism’s idea of justice.The third part,connecting the past with the future,summarizes the main content of Marxism’s justice thought.This paper discusses the main contents of Marxism’s justice thought by clarifying the basic connotation of Marxism’s justice thought,four main forms of expression,three basic features and the aim of realizing the liberation and free and all-round development of mankind.The value of Marxism’s thought of justice lies in the realization of human liberation and free all-round development.Therefore,the thought of Justice is not only closely related to our social life,political life and economic life,but also closely related to the realization of communism.The fourth part,this part is divided into two sections to discuss: First,the development of Marxism’s thought of Justice in China,once again proved that Marxism’s thought of justice in China’s political and economic impact and value;The second is to sort out the current situation of social justice in our country,point out the necessity of continuing to study and develop Marxism’s thought of Justice,and give some suggestions to solve the existing problems of social justice,it is further demonstrated that Marxism’s thought of justice is an important guiding ideology in dealing with social problems.The fifth part,the theory is used to guide,from the economic,political,cultural,social,ecological aspects of Marxism’s theory of Justice on Contemporary Enlightenment.From the realization of social harmony and long-term development to guide,to clarify the historical status and theoretical and practical value of Marxism’s thought of justice.The scale of history and value,the science and criticism,the reality and the ideality of Marxism’s justice thought all guide us to continue to study Marxism’s justice thought deeply,inherit and carry forward its important value.In a word,this paper tries to make a deep study of Marxism’s classical literature,to examine Marxism’s theoretical views on justice,and to summarize and arrange them in order to form a relatively perfect Marxism’s theory of justice.The pursuit of justice in a harmonious society is based on the current situation of development in contemporary China,and is the embodiment,development and creation of Marxism’s justice thought in China,it is also one of the value goals of building a great modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics.
