The idea of "human beings all-round development "has got the unprecedented status in the innovation of theory and practice of the socialism with Chinese characterstics.Nowadays, the development of market economy and social transformation caused the people many perplexities about their lives and growth.So it has very important theoretical values and realistic meanings to study deeply this theory and its contemporary uses for solving many kinds of perplexities. As a kind of social existence,we socialism not only the same problem,but consequently regard it as an important theme in our socialistic practice today because the establishment of socialism has paved the way for it.
