Research On Legal Supervision Of Internet Medical Treatment

Internet medical treatment is a new development model of "Internet + Medical Health" in the medical field.it is a sunrise industry in China,and it has a very large market space.Internet medical treatment is the product of modern science and technology to promote the development of traditional medical innovation,which has the advantages of improving the quality and accessibility of medical services,optimizing the allocation of resources and meeting the growing medical and health needs of the people.it is a good way to deal with the outstanding problem of population aging in our country.On the one hand,the state through the introduction of various policies to encourage and support the development of Internet medical care;on the other hand,the legal regulation of Internet medical care is not perfect.From the perspective of Internet medical care,this paper takes the Internet medical legal supervision system as the specific research object.this paper makes an in-depth study on many problems existing in Internet medical supervision,such as low barriers to entry,immature regulatory mechanism,imperfect regulatory mechanism and weak supervision,and summarizes the Internet medical legal supervision system implemented by developed countries represented by the United States and the European Union.Taking this as the premise and combining with the reality of China,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the supervision of network medical treatment.The first part briefly summarizes the definition and types of Internet medical care,and according to the loopholes in specific practice,it is clear that strengthening Internet medical supervision is a powerful guarantee for the development of modern medical treatment.In the second part,the legal basis related to Internet medical treatment is introduced in detail,and the legal supervision system of Internet medical treatment is expounded from the subject,mode and content of supervision.It also emphasizes the practical significance of strengthening the legal supervision of Internet medical treatment.The third part analyzes the basic situation and loopholes in the implementation of the current Internet medical supervision system in China.And summarize and analyze the laws and regulations related to Internet medical treatment at the present stage,and find its shortcomings on the basis of mastering the specific implementation of the relevant system.The fourth part is to learn from the advanced experience of developed countries in the Internet medical supervision system.After analyzing and combing the Internet medical supervision system in the United States,the European Union and other countries and regions,we learn from each other’s strengths to make up for our weaknesses,and find enlightenment from them.The fifth part,in view of the problems in the implementation of China’s Internet medical supervision system,gives a targeted improvement plan based on the legal mechanism,supervision mode,information security maintenance and so on.
